We are happy to provide information about allergens upon request. Our organic vegetables are exclusively sourced from Switzerland. Our meat and eggs are of organic quality – naturally from Switzerland.
How it works
DELIVERY
We deliver from 4 portions without packaging waste in porcelain bowls including cutlery. If you order by 10.00 a.m., we deliver on the same day between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon. As the broth stays hot in thermos flasks, you can also eat later.
TEAM lunch or aperitif
Ab 4 Portionen kannst Du Deine Ramen Box bestellen. Diese wird mit Besteck und Chopsticks geliefert und alles wird je nach Absprache spätestens am nächsten Tag wieder abgeholt. Bist Du an einem Sudelnuppe Catering interessiert? Geliefert oder vor Ort - gern auch am Abend und am Wochenende.
HOMEMADE RAMEN
We produce fresh and ourselves! From the hearty vegan or meat-based broths to the pasta. We only use local and seasonal organic ingredients. Because the best is so close! Selected quality like organic MeatMiso from the Pure from Wetzikon or Organic flour from the Altbachmühle. We also look for the shortest route for products that are not available in Switzerland.
